About Wintercreek Nursery

Our passion is growing! We are THE local source for native plants of the high desert and inland west. We propagate our own plant material, offer landscape design consultation, and a retail outlet of unique gifts for the discerning gardener. Proceeds of nursery sales now support the work of the High Desert Horticultural Center, a 501(c)(3) non-profit working to increase the understanding and appreciation of native plants and their role in resource conservation in urban landscapes throughout the inland west. “Making the World a Better Piece of Ground” (a quote from Wendell Berry)

My favorite nursery in Central Oregon! Staff is always super friendly and helpful, and I love knowing that whatever plant I choose is native to the area. Thank you!

This place is a treasure. So many other local nurseries sell plant that are not suitable at all to central oregons birds, bees and butterflies. Thank you for the amazing selection of natives!!

Fantastic service! I stopped in this morning for some advice on native plants to grow along the side on my house. The man working was very friendly and recommended some good ones, and gave advice on how to help them get started. Will definitely be back for more.

Hey Bend Edited 6 years ago

Gorgeous little nursery tucked away on Bends Northeast side behind Pine Nursery Park on Deschutes market road. This place is a MUST SEE for anyone who loves plants and all things botanical. They do a wonderful job of making this a special place to check out and buy plants! Don’t go to big-box retailers for plants, shop at places like Wintercreek Nursery instead, it’s money better spent!
